30-DAY RETURN POLICY: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNOPENED and in the same condition that you received it. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to request a return.
To request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your item. It is up to the customer to pay for return shipping.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged, you have 7 days to contact customer service and request a refund. Please send photos of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide further information.
